FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW LONG DO EYELASH EXTENSIONS LAST?

Eyelash extensions can last for up to 6 weeks if you follow the correct aftercare, but we recommend getting an infill every 2-3 weeks to keep them looking full and luscious.

WILL EYELASH EXTENSIONS DAMAGE MY NATURAL LASHES?

No. This only happens when a stylist offers lash extensions that are too long or too thick for their client, or if they use an excessive amount of glue. With correct application and size, semi-permanent eyelash extensions won’t damage natural lashes.

ARE EYELASH EXTENSIONS OKAY FOR SENSITIVE EYES?

Lash adhesives don’t touch the skin, only the natural lashes, therefore generally it’s okay. Allergies are rare, however, if you’re concerned about sensitivity, you can try our Subtle set as a trial.

DOES IT HURT TO GET EYELASH EXTENSIONS?

No. Getting lash extensions is a very relaxing procedure. In fact, lots of our clients fall asleep during their appointment!

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO GET LASH INFILLS AND WHY?

It’s recommended you get your lashes infilled every 2-4 weeks because you’ll lose lash extensions with your natural lashes’ cycle. However, it really comes down to how quickly your natural lashes shed, how full you like them to look, and external factors such as the season/weather.

CAN I USE MASCARA WITH MY EYELASH EXTENSIONS?

If your mascara is water based or specifically formulated for lash extensions, sure! Don’t use oil based or waterproof mascara, as these can dissolve the bonding agent and shorten the life of your lash extensions. Another thing to be wary of is the mascara brush, which could pull on your lashes and damage, loosen or remove them. If you want to apply mascara, only apply to the tips of the extensions and/or the bottom lashes. Another option is to get a lash tint.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY EYELASH EXTENSIONS?

- Avoid getting them wet for 24 hours after application to allow the glue to cure.
- Do not rub or touch your eyes or sleeping on your face.

- Brush through your eyelash tips every day.
- Avoid using oil-based products around your eyes.

- Clean with eyelash foam cleanser every 3 days.
